1. Pallet Racking

2. Automated Stacker Crane

Design: This stacker has a double upright structure for stability, with vector frequency conversion drive and encoder position control for reliability. It is equipped with mechanical and electronic safety features to ensure safe operation. The system utilizes advanced tracing technology for information transfer, imported electric components, and a user-friendly touch screen interface. It can be operated manually, semi-automatically, automatically, or in conjunction with other logistics equipment for various applications.

3. Conveying System

Design Feature: The transportation system is typically located at the front or rear of a warehouse to move goods efficiently, connecting the tasks performed by forklifts and stackers. It utilizes rolling conveyors or chain conveyors in conjunction with lifts, rotating devices, and other machinery.

4. Controlling System

Design Feature: By interfacing with WMS and ECS using OPC protocol and PROFIBUS bus network, the SIEMENS S7-300 controller can control all conveyors autonomously, facilitating the automatic movement of goods. Please see the attached diagram for more information on the transportation system.

5. Warehouse Management System(WMS)

Hardware Components of WMS System: Consisting of a star network structure, network server, RF server, management and monitoring computers, RF base station, and RF terminals for the inbound and outbound movement of goods.
