Automatic Racking System ( ASRS )

Automatic Racking System consisits of Racking System, Stacker System, Conveyor System, Management and Controling Ssystem. This system represents the most advanced automatical technology which is used in logistics industry. AS/RS is widely used in chemical industry,electronics industy, food industy, texitle industry,pharmacy industry,transportation industry,etc. NOVA has built hundreds of automated warehouses, among which AS/RS racking has always been NOVA's strong product with good quality and high precision, which have been widely verified.
Heavy Duty Pallet Racking

It is currently widely used in manufacturing, third-party logistics, distribution centers, warehouse supermarkets and other fields. It is not only suitable for many varieties of small batch items, but also suitable for small varieties of large quantities of items. Such racking is widely used in high-level warehouses and has high space utilization and is flexible and convenient to access.
VNA Pallet Racking

Narrow aisle beam racking, also known as VNA racking, specifically refers to the system when the forklift selected for the conventional beam racking system is a three-way forklift. Compared with the conventional pallet racking system, the difference lies in the width of the lane of the narrow aisle pallet racking system. It is much smaller than the conventional pallet racking system, generally about 1600-2000mm, and the space utilization rate is increased by about 20%. The racking height can also be set higher, up to about 15 meters.
Drive in Pallet Racking

Drive in Pallet Racking also known as corridor-type racking or drive through racking. This kind racking system has high space utilization, which is almost twice than the conventional pallet racking. It is usually suitable for storing the same type of goods with a small variety and large displacement, and the goods can be stored and taken out from the same side (first-in-last-out). It is mostly used in dairy, beverage and other food industries and cold chain industries. But the stability of this kind of storage system is relatively poor. Racking should not be too high. Usually, they should be controlled within 10m. In order to strengthen the stability of the entire racking system, we need to choose larger specifications and selections, and horizontal and vertical bracings must be added. Single pallet cargo should not be too large or heavy, usually the weight should be controlled within 1500kg, and the pallet span should not be greater than 1.5m. It can be divided into room temperature storage and freezer storage.
Radio Shuttle Racking

Radio shuttle racking system is evolved from drive in racking system, but the forklift does not need to drive into the rack, which overcomes the shortcomings of the drive in racking' access speed and poor stability, and realizes the remote control automation of access. The outer pallet goods are reversed by the forklift, and the internal pallet goods are accessed by the shuttle cart, that is, the forklift puts the pallet goods to the foremost part of a certain row of rails in the racking area when the goods are stored. This racking system is characterized by high storage space utilization, stable and reliable system, and can be semi-automated. It is suitable for the storage of large quantities and small varieties of goods, such as food, beverages, cold storage and other industries.
Mezzanine

Mezzanine rack takes medium-duty or heavy-duty rack as the main part, and floor decking is usually made by NOVA's patent cold rolled steel decking. Steel grating floor decking, patterned steel floor decking, wooden floor decking also can be selected. The loading capacity of each layer of unit shelf is usually less than 500kg. Floor decking load is generally less than 1000kg per square meter, usually about 500kg per square meter. Single-tier or multi-tier mezzanine can be designed, normally it is 2 or 3 tiers. Stairs, lift platform, hoist, conveyer belt or forklift are used to take goods upstairs. Mezzanine can make best use of the warehouse space.It is widely applied to auto parts, 4S stores, light industry, machinery, medicine, e-commerce and other industries.
