Before assembly, all the main parts and accessories of the medium duty shelving in the package should be cleaned up and separated by category. Then pick out the columns of the medium duty shelving. After picking out the columns, take out the triangular pieces that need to be fixed at both ends.

Specific method

Install the triangle pieces at both ends of each column, with the top and low ends of the triangle pieces in the same direction of installation, both at right angles facing up. Pay attention to the bottom of the column and the ground contact place should be reserved enough height for the shelf feet depending on the environment of the installation site. After fixing the triangular piece, start to install the laminate. To facilitate the installation, the first two pieces will be fixed. The method of fixing is: first fix the top of the column on the laminate, and then fix the other column on the laminate in the same way. The bottom installation is the same as the top. Note: Do not tighten the screws too much before the shelves are installed. Wait until after the installation to make sure the shelves are in normal shape and there are no other problems before reinforcing the screws. After the installation of the first and last two laminates, the whole medium duty shelving is installed on one side of the column, and then the other laminates are installed with the same or different layer spacing according to your needs, and the screws are also not tightened too much.

After determining the position of the ply, turn the medium-sized shelf lying on its side and fix the other side of the column of the medium-sized shelf separately. When installing the remaining columns, pay special attention to the distance between the plies, otherwise, it will lead to uneven plies and thus unbalanced medium duty shelving. The best way is to count the number of holes between the shelves on the side where the columns are installed so that the distance between the shelves can be determined without any problems.

Check after installation

After fixing the remaining columns, stand up the whole medium-sized shelf and put it on the flat ground, gently shake the shelf to see if the shelf is smooth and make sure there is no problem, then use a specific screwdriver to reinforce all the screws. Finally, just put the installed medium duty shelving in the place where you use them.
