Multi-tier Mezzanine :
A platform with a depth exceeding 900mm can be divided into sections using grids or mesh, creating additional storage space while conserving materials.
1. Secure locks are utilized to firmly attach walkways and catwalks.
2. The walkway boasts excellent load-bearing capacity, high precision, a smooth surface, and is easy to install.
3. The mezzanine includes a lighting system for easy access and organization of goods. Walkway surfaces can be customized to be smooth, textured, or perforated.
4. Shelving on the mezzanine typically supports loads of less than 500kg per level; Mezzanine heights range from 2200 to 2700mm.
5. Shelving heights on the top level of the mezzanine are approximately 2000mm, with considerations for loading and unloading goods. Staircases, hydraulic lift tables, and lifts are provided, along with forklifts, for moving goods between the ground and the platform.
6. Mezzanines can be designed as two or three levels based on customer requirements, maximizing storage space.
7. This type of mezzanine is commonly used in industries such as automotive, electronics, light manufacturing, and mechanical engineering.
