Structural feature:
Gravity pallet racking is a storage system that utilizes a roller rail system or pallet with rollers to achieve a "first in, first out" arrangement of goods. This type of racking is ideal for storing large quantities of goods of the same kind, allowing for maximum utilization of storage space. It is particularly suitable for goods with a short quality guarantee period that cannot be stacked for extended periods. To ensure smooth movement of goods, the racking should be equipped with brakes for long slopes. Additionally, separators and buffers should be installed at the lower end of the slope to prevent goods from overturning during rapid descent. The loading capacity of each pallet should not exceed 1000kg.
