Structural Feature:
1. Drive-in racking, also known as corridor-type racking, features a composite structure with specialized high-intensity drive-in brackets and high-strength drive-in beams. The frames are connected to top beams using bolts and nuts.
2. The depth of single side drive-in racking against a wall should not exceed 6 pallet locations, while double side drive-in racking should have less than 12 pallet positions to ensure efficient loading for forklifts and rack stability.
3. It is recommended to keep the height of drive-in racking below H11000mm due to its relatively weaker stability compared to other racking systems.
4. Drive-in racking should be equipped with back and top cross beams to enhance rack stability.
5. This type of racking is designed for dense storage, maximizing storage space utilization. It allows for both "first in first out" and "first in late out" inventory management, making it suitable for storing a large quantity of few types of goods.
6. Drive-in racking is commonly used in the milk and beverage industry, as well as in cold storage facilities.
