Longspan rack design features sturdy uprights measuring 60x50mm, providing a secure friction connection for the racking system while also simplifying the installation of beam levels.

Specifications:

1. Longspan racking beams are designed with a unique "step" profile section and a 2-3 fingered claw, allowing for easy adjustment on a 50mm pitch.

2. Support bars and mesh decks are installed on all Longspan racking bays to accommodate loose goods.

3. The tie securely locks into the Longspan racking beam, preventing any beam rotation.

4. Medium duty safety pins are attached to beam claws to prevent accidental dropping of beams due to improper operation.

5. Each Longspan racking level is equipped with either 18mm thick high density chipboard or steel panels.
