Design and Structure:
Aisle pallet racking, also known as Location pallet racking, features a cut-in composite design. The uprights are created through continuous punching and rolling processes.
The frame is constructed using uprights and bracings, with beams securely attached to the uprights using hooks. Safety locks are in place to ensure the beams are firmly fixed to the uprights, preventing any accidents when loading goods with forklifts.
Each layer's height can be adjusted by 75mm, with a maximum capacity of 4000kg per layer. Loading and unloading pallets with goods is made easy with the use of forklifts, including front-move forklifts, balance-weight forklifts, common forklifts, and stackers.
Steel panels, wooden panels, and decking can be used on the beams instead of pallets. Aisle pallet racking is a widely used storage system in various industries such as manufacturing, third-party logistics, distribution centers, and supermarkets.
When constructing high-position warehouses and AS/RS systems, pallet racking is often the preferred choice.
